Plan the handoffs, not just the slides
Divide by expertise, keep speaking time roughly balanced, and rehearse every handoff line: “Now Jordan will show what the data revealed.”
Agree on a signal for running long, and on who answers which kind of question. If a teammate freezes, the next speaker bridges — never correct a teammate in front of a client.

Assign the briefing
Assign every scene to a teammate. Keep each person within ±30% of an even share, give everyone at least one scene, and keep each person's scenes together where you can.
