Package it like a professional
Name files so they sort and can't be confused: YYYY-MM-DD_Project-Name_Deliverable_vN.ext (e.g. 2026-10-17_East-Wing-Mapping_Orthomosaic_v2.tif).
Include a README that says what's in the package, how it was made and what is preliminary, and a manifest with checksums so the client can verify every file.
Leave out what the client didn't ask for and shouldn't have: raw personal data, other projects, internal notes. Send links to large files rather than attaching gigabytes to an email.
Etiquette: deliver what you promised, when you promised, with a short cover note and an offer to walk through it.
Name these deliverables
Rename each file using the convention YYYY-MM-DD_Project-Name_Deliverable_vN.ext. Use the project name and date shown.
