Staging and Equipment
The presentation starts 15 minutes before you speak.
Test everything you depend on
Arrive early. Power and connect the display, choose the right input, and look at your slides from the back and the sides of the room.
Microphones: check level and distance (about a fist away), not just “on”. Play every video with sound once. Close notifications and other apps.
Always have a backup: the file on a USB drive or offline HTML export, and a fallback image for anything interactive.
