Say what you know, how you know it, and what you don't.
Results, preliminary findings, estimates, limits
A completed result is measured and checked. A preliminary finding is based on partial data and may change. An estimate is calculated or projected. Planned work hasn't happened.
Clients make decisions on what you tell them. Calling an estimate a result is how people lose trust — and contracts.
Every method slide should answer: what did you do, why that way, and how did you check it?
